Justificación
Estimadas y distinguidas autoridades de nuestro nosocomio Hospital Metropolitano “Dr. Bernardo Sepúlveda” y Secretaria de Salud del estado de Nuevo León. El presente proyecto no persigue otro fin, no tiene otro afán que, el de mejorar la calidad de la atención medica a nuestra población desprotegida de seguridad social, quienes encarnan nuestra razón de ser como institución medica. En el entendido que a nuestra realidad corresponde a que only 50% of the population has medical services according to INEGI, so far including specialized medical services.
