On 30 December 1922, he founded the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, the first scientific attempt of humanity to move towards socialist civilization. Under the premise that "all power to the Soviets, the Russian proletariat was able to defeat the capitalist monarchy in 1917 and forming the first state in the history of humanity built on the concept of a society without exploiters. After 87 years of Western history has tried to "put aside" when not to delegitimize the existence of a Union of Republics was created with the aim of empowering the people. In February 1924 the USSR was recognized as a state of the British Empire, the most powerful of the time. Subsequent surveys would then happen within the international community.
The Soviet Union was the first scientific attempt to establish a socialist society. Indeed, socialist forms of relationship existed before the creation of civilization of the Soviet experience. But it was only through this, when it consolidated the formation of a State with different characteristics to the feudal, slave or capitalist. From the earliest days of the Russian Revolution was the need to restructure economics and politics. In Bolshevik Initial Decrees, GOELRO plan was designed to revive the economy involving driving the electrification of the nation. By then, Russia was a very backward country, semi-feudal, since the Tsarist regime had not been taken to bring technological advances to the majority of the population. GOELRO managed to build a network of 30 regional power plants, ten large hydroelectric plants and the electrification of major enterprises. The five-year plan to the USSR was based on this strategy. Therefore, in its early years, the USSR was the Soviet people and electricity industrial development.
The Soviet people as an entity was the first social historical entity that created a political organization of society based on freedom and the equality. The attempt to build a socialist society in the USSR was a key event in the modern history of international and universal significance. Its creation and subsequent disintegration is a chapter in the history of mankind that should not be forgotten, as intended to make the bourgeois historiography.
