Eraclio Zepeda (Tuxtla Gutierrez, Chiapas, 1937) prefers the office of "storyteller solidarity", which is dedicated to recreating the oral narratives that increasingly pronounced, that of "lone writer", which recreates in word these same stories written for killing and posterity. Laco, as his friends call him, he prefers to talk than to write, true to the tradition of oral story tellers of Chiapas, whose office, respected and admired throughout the region, he learned as a child.
In 2004 we celebrated the "Week of Eraclio Zepeda at Casa de America" oral narratives, in Madrid, Spain. Eraclio Zepeda
apprehends the world around him and to mix with their experiences, builds and literary form to his words, which retain a spirit filled with humor and surprise with his job played a storyteller, but above all, the noble art of storyteller: "I believe that man will never cease to wonder. THE BEAT POETRY
Suddenly

One day

death suddenly falls

Dreams Sidewalks

The bed plans
mutilated
And fear without meaning Paralyzed

waiting Delving eating into the vitals

Living Waiting half strike
STREET

In this street all the houses in
always someone ... agonizing

Only a few realize.

After leaving school
Young

happily walk down that street and go

Unbeknownst
all households face always Where

Someone named

Unknown to them dying. Job
